Bio-Based Synthetic & Vegetable-Tanned Hides
We are actively transitioning most equipment production lines toward bio-based, eco-friendly synthetic leathers and responsibly processed vegetable-tanned hides. This reduces reliance on harsh chemicals and lowers solvent emissions across our tanning and finishing facilities.

Reclaiming Off-Cuts & EVA Scrap for Core Padding
Our zero-waste policy ensures no material ends up in landfills. Leather off-cuts and EVA foam scrap from glove production are systematically reclaimed, processed, and forged into shock-absorbing core padding for heavy bags, striking shields, and floor mats.
