Precision Cutting

Material Inspection & Clicker Die-Cutting

Raw cowhide leather and high-grade PU sheets are selected and hand-inspected for thickness consistency. Precision steel clicker dies are used on heavy hydraulic presses to cut out identical glove shells, thumbs, cuffs, and palm panels with zero edge fraying.

Surface Branding

Silk-Screen Branding & Foil Embossing

Cut leather panels are laid flat for custom logo application. Depending on client tech packs, we perform manual silk-screen printing with specialized flexible leather inks, high-pressure foil embossing, or woven patch stitching before final assembly.

Core Construction

Multi-Layer Foam Moulding & Layering

We craft custom internal padding setups using layered EVA foam, high-density shock-absorbing sheet foam, and pre-moulded latex inserts. Each foam core is hand-shaped and bonded to provide targeted knuckle protection and ergonomic wrist alignment.

Artisanal Tailoring

Precision Hand-Stitching & Machine Seaming

Craftsmen stitch glove shells inside-out using heavy-duty bonded nylon thread and industrial sewing machines. Crucial stress points—such as thumb attachments and palm seams—are reinforced with double-needle hand stitching for maximum durability.

Internal Fitting

Glove Turning, Stuffing & Cuff Closure

Stitched shells are carefully turned right-side out using manual turning irons. The pre-formed multi-layer foam padding is fitted inside the leather shell, followed by lining installation, wrist padding insertion, and piping hem closure.

Quality Verification

Ounce Weight Calibration & Final QC

Every completed glove is placed on digital scales to ensure exact weight compliance (10oz, 12oz, 14oz, 16oz within strict tolerance limits). Gloves are cleaned, heat-treated to remove leather wrinkles, and systematically checked before export packaging.

Textile Sourcing

Heavyweight Weave Sourcing & Shrinkage Control

We source specialized cotton weaves including 350GSM to 550GSM Pearl Weave, Gold Weave, and lightweight Ripstop fabrics. Fabrics undergo controlled steam pre-shrinking and color-fastness testing prior to cutting.

Digital Patterning

CAD Pattern Grading & Fabric Layer Spreading

Uniform patterns (A0 to A5 for BJJ, K0 to K4 for kids) are digitally graded via CAD software to ensure precise sizing ratios. Fabric rolls are mechanically spread into multi-ply layers for accurate, zero-waste cutting.

Automated Artwork

Multi-Head Computerized Patch Embroidery

High-density brand logos, chest patches, shoulder weaves, and direct sleeve artwork are embroidered using multi-head industrial embroidery machines with color-fast polyester threads before assembly.

Structure Assembly

Reinforced Lapel Crafting & EVA Foam Filling

For BJJ Gis, jacket lapels are stuffed with quick-drying, anti-bacterial EVA foam rubber strips. The collar is wrapped in heavyweight canvas or ripstop fabric and stitched with row after row of parallel lockstitching.

Stress-Point Reinforcement

Bar-Tack Joint Reinforcement & Triple Stitching

All high-stress areas—armpits, side vents, crotch gussets, and knee panels—are reinforced with triple-stitched flat-fell seams and heavy-duty automatic bar-tack tacking to withstand intense grappling tension.

Final Touch

Steam Finishing, Folding & Custom Bagging

Completed uniforms are thoroughly checked for loose threads, vacuum-cleaned for lint removal, steam-pressed under industrial flatbeds, and neatly folded into branded drawstring Gi bags or polybags ready for shipping.
